The unique selling point of this gym is of course that it can be used and stored in a really small area, so even if you are in the smallest of apartments it is so compact that you easily use it in the corner a room and take up very little space, once you’ve finished using it you can fold it up in seconds and store it away.
The Hideaway Gym allows you to do a wide range of the most effective bodybuilding exercises to build muscle and burn fat using three body positions. Either facing forward, you can perform such exercises as tricep extensions, chest dumbbell flies, chest presses, and abdominal curls, helping you work a wide range of upper body muscles. When facing in, the equipment allows you to perform bicep curls, upright rows, upper lat rows, lower back rows, and much more. The last option is that you can perform exercises in the standing position, with options such as leg press, glute and inner thigh presses, and calf flexions.There is a laminated poster showing how to do the various exercises that comes with this product so you can start exercising straight away!.
Many users were really pleased with the resistance bands they found the range from 10 to 200 pounds enough for their needs, and they liked the way you could change resistance levels in seconds therefore giving you a good work out in a shorter amount of time without even having to get up from the machine.

Ideally we would have liked to have seen some better after sales and customer support for this product but we do think that the FreeForm Hideaway Home Gym is great value for money.
